Why I Started This Hub (And Why It Matters)
Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm Marla M. Brown, founder of MMB Next Level Coaching, and I've spent years helping people navigate their wellness journey through 1:1 coaching, courses, and good old-fashioned conversation.
And you know what I've noticed over and over again?
People are confused. Not because they're not smart, they absolutely are. But because the wellness world has become a circus of contradictions.
One day, carbs are the enemy. The next day, keto is out and whole grains are back. Someone on social media swears by a juice cleanse while your doctor says it's nonsense. Your neighbor lost weight doing intermittent fasting, but when you tried it, you felt terrible.

Here's the truth: there's no one-size-fits-all answer to wellness. But there IS such a thing as honest, evidence-based information that helps you make decisions that work for YOUR body, YOUR life, and YOUR goals.
